  It has been a real pleasure looking and purchasing a home with this company. Tam and LB are just the type of people you want on your side when buying a home. They have your interest at heart and will work to make sure you are happy with how things are going with the whole process. They are very precise and make sure you know exactly what all that small writting is on the paper work. They will never let any of your questions or concerns go un-answered.

  2204 Greenbriar Circle #5 is our old apartment up for rent. While we love the neighborhood, especially the neighbors, the management is a joke. Our apartment flooded June 15th 2017. No one helped clean up the massive amount of water on our floor. All that was offered was a fan and maybe someone could be there at 11am the next morning. After asking multiple times for someone to come look for the cause, and check for mold, we were ignored or given reasons why it was "fixed" or why they wouldn't check. Fast forward a few weeks later to the beginning of July and we were all sick and exahsted. No one could breath including my 2 year old son. We wrote a letter asking to please fix the issue and we would renew our lease the reply we got back was... Your lease is up at the end of July. I am almost 100% certain there is mold in the walls. Whoever moves in next will absolutely get sick. My son is actually on breathing treatments this week and has an ear infection from all the drainage caused by having to live in mold for over a month. I'm hoping this will hold management accountable to fix the problem or prevent someone else from getting sick.
