- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went in to the Johnson City office today on my lunch break to get information/rates for a Disney vacation for my family. Was treated as an intrusion and watched as agents left the area without making eye contact. Stood in the lobby for 15 minutes with minimal notice. Another couple came in after I waited for 10 minutes, they were greeted and taken back within 5 minutes. The difference? They had a gold membership and I have a lowly "white card" standard membership. I finally left, without a "sorry for the delay" or a "goodbye" from the front desk.
